## Execution requirements

- Execute on non-judicial stamp paper (value per state schedule — commonly ₹10–₹100)
- Swear/affirm before a Notary Public (Notaries Act 1952) or court-appointed Oath Commissioner
- For vakalatnama: file original with court registry alongside first pleading
- For company client: attach Board Resolution authorising the signatory
