The present petition has been filed under Section 482 BNSS for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.63 dated 11.03.2026, registered under Sections 305, 324(2), 329, 61(2) BNS, at Police Station Division B, Amritsar. 2. On 14.05.2026, this Court had passed the following order:- “Learned counsel contends that the complainant is real brother of Pradeep Gabbar, who has since been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 17.04.2026 and the petitioner has been roped in the present case just because he is his son. The dispute is between the family members with regard to a shop, which has been given a criminal colour. Civil suit with respect to the property in question is also pending at the behest of the petitioner- Vishal Khosla, who is in
