Prayer in the present petition is for grant of interim bail for a period of four weeks in FIR No.123 dated 12.07.2024, under Sections 20, 29 of the NDPS Act and Sections 318(4), 347(1) and 317(2) of the BNS Act, 2023, registered at Police Station Sadar Bahadurgarh, District Jhajjar for taking treatment from some private hospital as the present petitioner is suffering from a severe and acute medical condition relating to piles/Hemorrhoids. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is suffering from a severe and acute medical condition relating to piles/hemorrhoids and his health condition is deteriorating in custody.
