Mr. Shivam Ujjainwal, Advocate for R-2 alongwith respondent No.2 in person. CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE MANOJ JAIN J U D G M E N T (oral) 1. Petitioners herein seek quashing of FIR No. 0012/2026 dated 07.03.2026, registered at Police Station Parliament Street, Delhi, for commission of offences under Sections 115(2)/126(2)/3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023 (corresponding Sections 323/341/34 IPC), along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise arrived at between the parties. 2. The abovesaid FIR was registered on the basis of complaint made by Neeraj (respondent No.2), who at the relevant time, was driving his Alto Car. Some scuffle took place with the occupants of another vehicle i.e. Brezza Car as the abovesaid Brezza Car was being driven in violation of traffic rules
