The present writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the letter/reply dated 03.03.20202 (P-7) vide which respondent No.2 has rejected petitioner’s legitimate claim for reimbursement remaining medical bill amounting to Rs.2,17,618/-. 2. It has been averred in the petition that the petitioner is suffering from Chronic Kidney Disease and had undergone treatment in the hospital concerned. During the course of treatment, the petitioner allegedly collapsed and remained under prolonged medical care, resulting in expenditure towards medical treatment amounting to Rs.5,10,641/-.
