Notice of motion. 3. On asking of the Court, Mr. Harish Nain, D.A.G. Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of respondent 4. In compliance of the above referred to order, learned State counsel has placed on record speaking order dated 19.05.2026. The same is taken on record, copy whereof has also been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioners. Registry is directed to tag the same at an appropriate place. 5.
