(Oral) 1 Petition herein is, inter alia, seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus, for directing the respondents to accept the request of the petitioners for remodelling of the watercourse at their own cost, submitted vide representation dated 06.03.2026 (Annexure P-3) by modifying the order dated 23.12.2025 (Annexure P-1) passed by learned Chief Canal Officer, Haryana. 2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to approach the concerned Canal Authorities for changing the alignment of the watercourse, in accordance with law. 3.
