SURYA PARTAP SINGH, J (ORAL) The instant petition has been filed by the petitioner for directions to the respondents No.2 to 5 to conduct fair, fast and impartial investigation in a case arising out of FIR No.275 dated 17.12.2025, under Sections 115, 190, 191(2), 351(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, and Section 3(2)va of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, Police Station Industrial Area, Bhiwani. 2. The learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed the representation dated 18.03.2026 (Annexure P-2) before the respondent No.4 and Deputy Superintendent of Police Bhiwani.
