The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS (corresponding Section 482 Cr.P.C) with the prayer to direct respondent Nos. 2 to 3 to decide the representation dated 20.12.2025 moved by the petitioner, in fair and impartial manner. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner has preferred a representation/complaint dated 20.12.2025 (Annexure P-1) to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Ferozepur, but no action has been taken so far.
