In the present writ petition, the challenge is to the order dated 17.10.2025 (Annexure P-3) passed by respondent No.3- Central Administrative Tribunal, Chandigarh in O.A No.060/192/2022 (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Tribunal’) by which, the benefit of protection of pay has been granted in favour of respondent No.1. 2.
