Petitioner herein seeks quashing of FIR No. 0413/2025 dated 17.12.2025, registered at Police Station Baba Haridas Nagar for commission of offence under Section 110/3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (corresponding Section 308/34 IPC), along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise arrived at between the parties. 2.
