By way of instant writ petition as cast under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioners pray for issuance of a Mandamus, thereby restraining the respondents from disallowing their buses to operate from Booth No.14 at Karnal Bus Stand for route No.146 (Karnal to Pundri via Nissing, Bastali, Rasana). 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners had approached the authorities concerned, as regards their grievance, by way of a legal notice dated 29.11.2025, followed by representations dated 20.01.2026 (Annexure P-2), and 10.02.2026 (Annexure P-3).
