CM-10831-CII-2026 This is an application under Order 41 Rule 19 read with Section 151 CPC for restoration of the main appeal at its original number, which was dismissed for non-prosecution vide order dated 22.04.2026 (Annexure A1). After going through the contents of the application, which is supported by affidavit of learned counsel for the applicants/appellants, the same is allowed subject to all just exceptions and main appeal i.e. FAO-977- 2023 is restored to its original number and is taken on board today itself.
