This petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 (erstwhile 482 of Cr.P.C) for setting aside the impugned order dated 27.04.2026 (Annexure P-10) passed by the Learned Judge, Special Court, Ludhiana, in case titled State of Punjab vs. Ashok Kumar and another, arising out of FIR No. 74 dated 20.04.2025, registered under Sections 22/61/85 of the NDPS Act at Police Station Salem Tabri, District Ludhiana, whereby the petitioner has been declared a Proclaimed Offender. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner could not appear before the learned trial Court on the date fixed. Consequently, he was declared a Proclaimed Offender vide order dated 27.04.2026 (Annexure P-10).
