The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the order dated 04.08.2021 passed by respondent No.2 whereby the claim of the petitioner for regularization has been rejected. Further a prayer has been made to direct the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioner from the date of his eligibility and from the date similarly situated employees junior to him were regularized, in terms of the Government policies dated 07.03.1996, 18.03.1996, 01.10.2003, 10.02.2004 and 13.08.2004 (Annexures P-2 to P-6 respectively).
