The present petition has been filed by the petitioners under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents not to effect recovery from the petitioners during the pendency of stay application in appeal dated 11.05.2026 (P-2) pending before respondent No.1 filed by the petitioners against orders dated 01.04.2026/02.04.2026 (Annexure P-1). 2.
