The instant petition under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.0062 dated 23.11.2025 registered under Sections 118(1), 115(2), 324(2), 191(3) and 190 of BNS, 2023; however Sections 318(4), 316(2), 61(2) of BNS, 2023 registered at Police Station Cyber Crime, Ludhiana, District Police Commissionerate, Ludhiana. 2. This Court vide order dated 23.04.2026, while the concession of interim bail to the petitioner, subject to his joining the investigation. 3.
