The present civil writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the disciplinary proceedings against the petitioner which have been initiated by the issuance of charge sheet dated 28.03.2025 (Annexure P-1) as is mandated by the own memo of the respondent-Corporation bearing memo No.468/1068 D-9570 T-3 dated 24.03.2026 (Annexure P-4). 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner inter alia contends that the petitioner superannuated on 31.03.2025 and merely few days prior to his retirement on 28.03.2025, the petitioner was served with a charge sheet NEHA 2026.05.30 16:10
