In the connected matter i.e. CRR-1942-2008 titled as “Harbanso etc. v/s State of Punjab etc.”, it has been reported that the respondents No.1 and 2 have expired. Copies of their death certificates have also been appended with the said file. In the death certificate of the respondent No.1–Rajinder Singh, his date of death has been mentioned as 13.12.2023 whereas in the death certificate of the respondent No.2- Kashmir Singh, his date of death has been mentioned as 09.01.2025. The present appeal was an appeal against acquittal. 2. In view thereof, it is disposed of as abated. 3. All interim application(s), if any, also stand/s disposed of.
