Heard Sri Munib Singh Chauhan, learned counsel for the original petitioner-appellant and Sri Pramod Kumar Srivastava, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The present intra-court appeal has arisen against the order of the learned single judge dated 05.05.2026 in Radheshyam Chauhan v. State of U.P. and 2 Others (2026:AHC:102556). By that order the learned single judge has dismissed the writ petition filed by the original petitioner to assail the order dated 19.03.2026 passed on his representation claiming higher salary commensurate to the charge held by him of the post of Ziledaar. Also, his claim for similar payment of higher salary commensurate to the post of Irrigation Supervisor for the period prior to the promotion on that post granted vide order dated 11.03.2026, has been rejected. 3.
