It has also been averred that a settlement agreement has also been executed and that under the circumstances, the petitioner may be allowed to withdraw the revision petition. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner submits that for the aforesaid reasons, he may be permitted to withdraw the instant revision petition. 3.
