The petitioner through instant petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondents to pay him compensation on account of disability suffered due to electrocution. 2. Petitioner on 25.06.2021 while working on HT Line came in contact with high voltage in the pole. He was taken to Civil Hospital, Jind where he underwent treatment. An FIR in this regard was lodged with Police Station vide FIR No. 197 dated 02.07.2021. He was issued disability certificate to the tune of 81% disability. 3.
