In the present writ petition, the petitioner is praying for direction to the respondents to implement the order dated 30.01.2025 (Annexure P-5) passed by respondent No.1, whereby the punishment of stoppage of three future annual increments with permanent effect imposed upon the petitioner was set-aside. 2.
