(ORAL) The petitioner, by way of present petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, seeks issuance of directions to the learned Additional District Judge, Gurugram-cum-Executing Court to decide the execution proceedings in Execution No. 1858 of 2023, titled “Shavitri Versus State of Haryana” within a time bound period. [2] Notice of motion. [3] On asking of the Court, Ms. Komal Sharma, DAG, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. [4] I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the paper-book. [5] A perusal of record shows that execution application (Annexure P-3) filed by the petitioner on 26.10.2023 is still pending and the petitioner is waiting to get amount of compensation.
