Present: None. *** The instant IOIN has been put up by the Registry of this Court while pointing out that in the header of page Nos.2 and 3 of judgment dated 10.03.2026 passed in FAO-4913-2005, the case number was inadvertently mentioned as CR-940-2026 instead of FAO-4913-2005. The above-mentioned error transpires to be a typographical mistake and as such the same needs to be corrected. In view of above, the case number mentioned as “CR-940- 2026” in the header of page Nos.2 and 3 of judgment dated 10.03.2026 be read as “FAO-4913-2005” instead of CR-940-2026. This order be read as part and parcel of judgment dated 10.03.2026 passed in FAO No.4913 of 2005. IOIN stands disposed of.
