The appellants/plaintiffs, being aggrieved by the decree and judgment dated 20.09.1997 passed by the learned Additional District Judge, Rupnagar, whereby the well-reasoned decree and judgment dated 12.11.1992 rendered by the learned Additional Senior Sub-Judge, Anandpur Sahib came to be reversed, have respectfully invoked the appellate jurisdiction of this Court through the present Regular Second Appeal (for short, “RSA”). 1.1.
