The prayer in the present petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the detention order dated 01.12.2025 (Annexure P-6) vide which the petitioner has been detained and for quashing of the order dated 06.02.2026 (Annexure P-7) vide which the detention of the petitioner has been confirmed for a period of 06 months. 2.
