-1- 1. 2. In view of the specific provision under the Family Courts Act, 1984 i.e. Section 18, the orders passed by the Family Court are executable. The order passed in the aforesaid FAO against the order of the Family Court merges into the order passed by the Family Court concerned. As such the present petition is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to avail AVTAR SINGH 2026.05.30 13:39 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document order/judgment -2- appropriate remedy under the Family Courts Act, 1984 or for execution of the aforesaid order dated 30.10.2025 before the concerned Family Court. 3.
