As per Rule 9, Chapter 1, Part-A, Volume V of Punjab and Haryana High Court Rules and Orders, the petition on which objections have been raised by the Registry is to be taken back by the counsel/party, who filed it for the purpose of refiling the same within a period of 40 days. However, as per Registry, the present petition has not been taken back for removing objection(s) despite lapse of aforesaid period.
