Petitioner herein seeks quashing of FIR No.0180/2025 dated 21.02.2025, registered at Police Station Pahar Ganj, for commission of offence under Section 376 IPC, along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of voluntarily compromise arrived at between the parties. 2. The FIR in question was registered on 21.02.2025 on the basis of complaint made by prosecutrix. 3.
