The short grouse raised on behalf of the petitioners/landowners is that the application preferred by them for disbursement of compensation amount to the extent of 2/6th share vide award dated 09.03.2016 rendered in reference proceedings under Section 30 & 31 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 is awaiting adjudication since September 2018, but no final order is passed thereupon by the learned Reference Court. [2]. In view of aforesaid short grievance of the petitioner, the learned Reference Court is requested to adjudicate upon the said application (Annexure P-4) by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible preferably within two months of the date already fixed.
