The present writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus directing the official respondents to get detenues mentioned in paragraph No.3 of the petition, released from the illegal custody of respondents Nos 5 to 6. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner along with other detenues, who have been illegally detained and confined by respondent Nos. 5 and 6 at the premises of M/s Data Ram Bricks Company. Learned counsel further submits that petitioner along with other detenues were brought from their native village by the private respondents for work at the brick kiln on agreed wages; however, despite rendering continuous services since October 2025, they have not been paid their lawful dues and are being forcibly detained under threats and coercion for the last sev
