(Oral) 1) The petitioner, by filing the instant writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeks quashing of the order dated 24.08.2025 (Annexure P-4), vide which, claim of medical reimbursement on account of treatment of his father, has been rejected by respondent No.3. 2) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that monthly income of the father of the petitioner is less than 3,000/-.
