(ORAL) Short prayer made on behalf of the petitioner-landowner is for issuance of directions to the learned Executing Court for expeditious disposal of execution proceedings. Notice of motion. Ms. Komal Sharma, DAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of respondent(s)-State whereas, Mr. H.S. Gill, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of respondent No.3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent(s)-State submits that the correct calculations with respect to the amount due to the petitioner-landowner shall be forwarded to respondent No.3 within 15 days from today. In continuation thereof, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.3 submits that the same shall be verified and the due amount in terms thereof shall be deposited with learned Executing Court within 15 days from the receipt of calculation from the office of respondent No.2.
