In the present writ petition, the petitioner is praying for issuance of a direction to the respondents to re-allot the ration depot to the petitioner which was cancelled vide order dated 25.08.2015 passed by respondent No.4 (Annexure P-1). 2. The perusal of the facts of the present case would show that the petitioner was running a ration depot at Bhargo Camp, Jalandhar, which was allotted to him under the Scheduled Caste Category. However, a dispute arose between the partners and vide letter dated 18.12.2014, the license of the ration depot was suspended, on account of dispute between the partners. It transpires that as the dispute between the partners could not be resolved, as such, the abovesaid licence was subsequently cancelled vide order dated 25.08.2015 passed by Respondent No.4.
