Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Gurdaspur whereby petitioner has been declared as Proclaimed offender/person in FIR No.42 Dated 10.08.2022 u/s 452, 448, 323, 506, 148, 149 IPC (Corresponding section 331(5), 329(4), 115(2), 351, 191(3), 190 BNS 2023), PS Behrampur, District Gurdaspur (Annexure P-1). 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to non- service, the petitioner could not appear before the learned trial Court on the date fixed.
