The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (corresponding Section 482 Cr.P.C, 1973) for quashing of FIR No.169 dated 28.11.2025 registered under Sections 308(2)/316(2)/318(4) BNS, 2023 (corresponding Sections 384/406/420 IPC, 1860) at Police Station Sector 9, Ambala City, District Ambala (Annexure P-1) and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise dated 03.04.2026 (Annexure P-2). 2.
