DAILY LOK ADALAT BENCH NO.5 2026:PHHC:086277-DB 508 FAO-5014-2010 (O&M) PUSHPA DEVI V/S RAGUNATH & ORS Present: Pushpa Devi-the appellant in person for the appellant. Mr. Lalit Garg, Advocate for the respondent-insurance company. KKK AWARD OF LOK ADALAT BENCH NO.5 The appeal stands settled at Rs.1,00,000/- over and above the amount already awarded by the learned Tribunal in terms of proposal form dated 27.05.2026 duly signed by both the parties. Accordingly, this award is made with the direction to the Insurance Company to deposit the enhanced amount of Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Only) by cheque/draft,in favour of appellant- Pushpa Devi with the Office of the Lok Adalat of the High Court within a pe- riod of 8 weeks of this order. Failing compliance of the order, interest @ 9% per annum shall follow on this amount till payment from the date of this order. The appellants’ counsel may collect the cheque/draft from the office of the Lok Adalat. The office shall retain the photocopies of the cheque/draft bearing signatures of the Counsel.
