This writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of writ of certiorari for quashing of letter dated 25.11.2025 whereby medical bill of the petitioner was reimbursed amounting ₹26,538/- instead of ₹1,22,577/-. Further, a writ of mandamus has been sought directing the respondents to reimburse full claimed amount of ₹1,22,577/- for the treatment taken by the petitioner alongwith 12% interest . 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner, inter alia, contends that the petitioner was an employee of respondent No. 2 and retired from the post of Meter Reader on 31.07.2016.
