Mr. Satbir Singh Gill, Advocate for respondent No. 2/complainant. *** MANISHA BATRA, J (ORAL):- The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for quashing of FIR No.744 dated 30.11.2025 registered under Sections 115, 115(2), 118(1), 127(2), 351(2), 324(4), 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (for short “BNS”) (Section 118(2) of BNS added later on) at Police Station Civil Lines Sirsa, District Sirsa along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise dated 16.03.2026 (Annexure P-2) arrived at between the parties. 2. This Court vide order dated 06.04.2026 had directed the parties to appear before the learned trial Court to get their statements recorded and the learned Magistrate was directed to send its report qua the genuinenes
