Learned counsel for the respondents-UOI has filed an affidavit dated 22.05.2026 today in the Court which is taken on record and on instructions from M.L. Rana, Principal, CCET, Sector-26, Chandigarh has submitted that the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court has been complied with. It has further been submitted that remuneration of the petitioners/contractual lecturers has been fixed/revised at par with the regular employees. It is further submitted that amount which is due to the petitioners would be released within a period of one week from today and in case same is not done and an application for revival is filed then
