Prayer in this petition is to release the petitioner on emergency parole for a period of six weeks enabling him to perform/attend the marriage of his real daughter namely Priyanka. 2. Pursuant to last order, learned State counsel has pointed out that the factum of marriage of the petitioner’s daughter has been verified by the local authorities and the same is scheduled for 21.06.2026. She has also produced on record the verification report. The same is taken on record. 3. Since the factum of marriage of the petitioner’s real daughter, namely Priyanka, stands duly verified by the local authorities and the marriage is scheduled to be solemnized on 21.06.2026, this Court is satisfied that a case for grant of emergency parole is made out. 4.
