Bakshi, AAG, Punjab. *** The instant application is filed under Order 47 Rule 1 read with Section 151 CPC, praying review of the order dated 24.04.2026 (Annexure RA-1), passed by this Court. After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to grant the asked for relief, learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the instant application, to approach the authorities concerned, at first instance, for redressal of grievance as raised through the instant application. Consequently, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
