The present civil revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed seeking issuance of appropriate directions to respondent No.2 for expeditious disposal of Application No. 43 of 2023, instituted on 19.09.2023 titled Om Prakash vs. M/s Anhadh Minereria Pvt. Lid., filed under the Payment of Wages Act, 1936 for recovery of wages amounting to Rs. 4,05,000/- (subsequently stated to have been amended to Rs. 4,05,600/-). The said matter is pending before the Authority under the Payment of Wages Act, 1936, Rewari, District Rewari, Haryana, and is now fixed for 03.06.2026 (Annexure P-1). 2.
