Appellant No.1-National Institute of Technical Teachers Training and Research, Chandigarh (hereinafter referred to as “the appellant-Institute”) is aggrieved by order dated 07.03.2026, of the learned Single Judge passed in CWP-5376-2019, whereby the order dated 18.01.2010, annexed with the Writ Petition as Annexure P-14, has been quashed. Writ of mandamus has also been issued to the appellants to restore the benefit of higher rate of annual increment @ 4% to the respondent, as originally granted by the competent authority and to extend all consequential benefits including re-fixation of pay and retiral dues. 2.
