It has been filed with regard to a case arising out of FIR No.7 dated 09.01.2026, for the commission of offence punishable under Sections 21-C-61/85 [Sections 29/25/27-A/61/85 added later on] of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, Police Station Khalra, District Tarn Taran. 2. The FIR of this case came into being at the instance of Sub Inspector Balraj Singh.
