(Oral) The prayer in the present petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. is for quashing of the order dated 20.11.2015 (Annexure P-3) in FIR No.199 dated 20.07.2015 under Sections 21/22 of NDPS Act, registered at Police Station Line Par, Bahadurgarh, District Jhajjar, whereby the petitioner was declared as proclaimed offender by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Jhajjar. On 12.09.2023, the following order was passed:- “This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of order dated 20.11.2015 (Annexure P-3) whereby the petitioner was declared as proclaimed offender along with co-accused Ajay Kumar in case FIR No.199 dated 20.07.2015, under Sections 21/22 of the NDPS Act, registered at Police Station Line Par, Bahadurgarh.
