(ORAL) The petitioners, by way of present petition, seek issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus, thereby directing the respondents to release the enhanced compensation alongwith statutory benefits and interest as provided under the Land Acquisition Act, 1894. [2] Learned State Counsel informs that the application preferred at the instance of petitioners in terms of Section 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, stands allowed vide order of even date passed by respondent No. 4-Land Acquisition Collector, Rohtak and even a copy thereof has been supplied to the learned counsel for petitioner.
