The present writ petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India impugning the order dated 17th February, 2026, passed by the Appellate Tribunal, Municipal Corporation of Delhi (hereinafter ‘ATMCD’), dismissing the application filed on behalf of the petitioner under Order I Rule 10 of the Civil Procedure Code, 1908 (hereinafter ‘CPC’). By way of the said application, the petitioner sought impleadment as a party respondent in the appeal preferred by the private respondents no.2 and 3 against the demolition order passed by the respondent no.1/MCD. 2.
