By way of present petition filed under Section 528 of the BNSS, 2023, petitioners herein are seeking quashing of order dated 18.04.2026 (Annexure P-4), passed by learned JMIC, Kharar, in case NACT No.76 of 2025, CNR No.PBSAA10012672025, registered on 13.03.2025, vide which, petitioners have been directed to deposit the amount equivalent to 20% of the cheque amount. 2. In the present case, on 15.05.2026, following order was passed:- “ Counsel for the petitioners needs some time to find out as to when application under Section 143-A of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, was moved by the respondent(s)/complainant(s).
